We all know that whenever Sony releases something big for Playstation before the holiday season it’s going to be in high demand. Not only is whatever they release hard to get, it makes the PS3 hard to find. The is definitely going to be true this year for the Playstation Move. The key is to not go to your normal resources. Don’t go to Target, Walmart, or Gamestop. These local places are going to be the ones that sell out first. What happens is that they get a fixed amount of peripherals based on some sort of estimation that they have on units they can sell. The problem is that they rarely anticipate enough! When you see reports on the news about hot, hard to find video games, they’re always looking at places like this! So rule #1, avoid the normal channels.

To prove this, they were the only online retailer that didn’t sell out of the PS3 the first holiday season that it was out! The bundles that they have are going to save you money as well. Another benefit of using Amazon is that they will also have a full stock of the Move games that are also going to be hard to find locally.
I’ll say it now, you aren’t going to be able to find Move in your town when it gets close to holiday prime time. All you have to do is anticipate this happening, don’t get frustrated, and buy from a place that is going to have it when all of the other retailers don’t.
