The Mototola Cliq XT

Cell phones are an essential part of everyday life in modern society.  They are used for much more than phone calls, and may be especially important for a businessperson or other person who needs to stay connected for their work and personal activities.  The Mototola Cliq XT cell phone, marketed by Motorola USA, is one of the newest phones on the market available to consumers.

Cliq is a smart phone and kind of qwerty keyboard phone, which is even more connected than the average one, usually with Internet capabilities.  Like many other smart phones, this one has a large screen for fluid, easy use.  The screen works using touch technology so that one can make selections using their fingers.  One can view the screen vertically or horizontally by turning the phone.  A screen protector can be purchased if one would like to protect their phone from smudges, scratches, or damage from being dropped or otherwise mishandled.

In addition to Internet use capabilities, the Cliq is equipped with Motorola’s Motoblur, a feature that synchronizes the phone and the information on it, including music.  In addition to using the Internet, one can text, make phone calls, read news, and use applications and widgets.  These tools are useful for both fun and play.  One can zoom in using touch technology, in order to amplify their viewing capabilities.  The calling features of this phone are excellent, including a built in microphone and noise canceling properties to make calls smooth and enjoyable.

Music and photos can be stored in this phone, and a five megapixel camera comes standard.  For someone interested in staying social, the Cliq is a useful accessory.  One can get access to  MySpace, Facebook, Twitter, and more from the phone’s home screen.  The Cliq phone uses these networks to personalize one’s contacts using their latest status updates and photos putting any of the cheap mobile phones to shame!
